John Dee

For his experiments in alchemy and ceremonial magic at the court of Elizabeth I, the brilliant polymath John Dee (1527 – 1608) is regarded as a significant figure in the history of Western occultism. This volume contains a selection of his major works, including the Hieroglyphic Monad, Compendium Heptarchiae Mysticae, the Rosie Crucian Secrets, the Enochian Calls and the first three books of the Mysteriorum. Also included is the short work Tuba Veneris, or the Little Book of the Black Venus, attributed to Dee.
