Oswald Spengler
The present collection includes only those of Spengler’s letters which characterize him as a man, illustrate his intellectual development and political activity, or throw light on the history and psychology of his time. The letters are published in chronological order, so different interests are paramount in the various periods, but the duality of Spengler’s passions for learning and for politics remains constant throughout.
